🔁 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

All included accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or damage during shipping, we’ll cover the return cost.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

💵 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
